L'Atelier Fromagerie Beaufort AOP 150g
Beaufort is a hard, cheese made from cow's milk It is produced in the area around Beaufort located high in the French Alps in the Savoie region of France. It is this high altitude that imparts Beaufort with a unique flavor.

Beaufort is richer and creamier than other mountain cheeses such as Gruyere, Comté or Emmental. Beaufort has a nice scent of milk, butter and honey. Beaufort is a very good choice for a cheese fondue.
