Ail Fume 3 Tetes
L'ail fumé est une spécialité du Nord de la France. Une fois récoltées, nettoyées puis tressées, les têtes d’ail sont fumées au bois de hêtre ou de peuplier. Cette méthode permet de conserver l'ail durant plusieurs mois. L'ail fumé s'emploie dans de nombreuses recettes. Il apporte un subtil parfum dans une soupe à l'ail, des pâtes farcies, un gratin de chou-kale, des endives braisées ou encore un poulet rôti.
