Bonne Maman Confiture Rhubarbe 370g

Rhubarbe, sucre, sucre roux de canne et, éventuellement, gélifiant : pectine de fruits, acidifiant : acide citrique, si la rhubarbe n'en contenait pas suffisamment. Confiture préparée avec 50g de rhubarbe pour 100g. La teneur totale en sucres est de 60g pour 100g. Seule la liste des informations figurant sur l'emballage du produit fait foi. Absolutely and unequivocally THE best rhubarb jam (excepting my late Gran's of course). Loads of rhubarb and not oversweet. Wonderful dolloped on crusty bread thick with cold butter...an occasional treat of course, but pure bliss. Yum!
