Idée Recette: Voilà une recette très très simple et vraiment délicieuse (à condition d'aimer le fromage). Par personne : 1 Carré de Bretagne, du lait, de la chapelure. Trempez le Carré de Bretagne dans du lait puis roulez le dans la chapelure. Enfournez pour une demi heure environ à 200°. Le Carré de Bretagne doit gonfler. C'est la garantie que l'intérieur a bien fondu. Servez aussitôt. Accompagnez d'une salade verte et de pommes de terre vapeur froides.
