Nos Regions Kouign Amann de Bretagne Pur Beurre 400g
Le kouign-amann est une spécialité culinaire de Douarnenez en Bretagne. Il s'agit d'une pâtisserie-boulangère : en breton, kouign signifiant « pain-doux » et amann, « beurre ». Elle aurait été inventée par hasard vers 1860 par un boulanger douarneniste : Yves-René Scordia. Devant toujours être consommé tiède pour être dûment apprécié, le kouign-amann est réputé pour être d'une élaboration délicate, comme en témoigne le dicton affiché par les boulangers-pâtissiers douarnenistes : « Le fait qui veut, le réussit qui peut. ».
