Francine Preparation Crepes 380g
Pour une douzaine de crêpes : 1 sachet de préparation Francine, 1 demi-litre de lait, 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile ou 25g de beurre, une poêle. Versez dans une jatte un demi-litre de lait puis le contenu du sachet tout en remuant avec un fouet. Ajoutez 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile ou 25g de beurre fondu, mélangez quelques instants avec un fouet. Chauffez la poêle (sans excès) et graissez légèrement entre chaque crêpe (ou dès que nécessaire) à l'aide d'une feuille d'essuie-tout légèrement huilée. Attendez que la première face soit bien cuite avant de la retourner avec une spatule.
