The Leffe Pavement at the Leffe Brown Leffe. This gilded cheese has an amber crust with grilled aromas and refined touches of caramel from the Leffe Brune. This refined cheese has matured for at least 4 months in a ripening cellar and has thus obtained a rich and intense flavor.
