Conservation:

Une petite astuce de grand-mère, pour conserver plus longtemps ses citrons (encore entiers). C’est vrai les citrons ne se gardent pas éternellement, et ce surtout lorsqu’ils sont bio. Pour profiter plus longtemps de vos citrons, immergez les dans un récipient rempli d’eau. Glissez les au réfrigérateur. Pensez à changer l’eau tous les jours.

Lorsque le citron a ete coupe en deux, déposez du vinaigre blanc dans une sous-tasse. Mettez-y votre citron, partie coupée vers le bas directement en contact avec le vinaigre, ainsi votre demi citron se conservera pendant encore au moins 8 jours en gardant son jus et ses saveurs.

Une dernière astuce, lorsque vous n’avez besoin que de quelques gouttes de citron, nul besoin d’en entamer un entier, il vous suffit de faire un petit trou avec une aiguille ou la pointe d’une fourchette ou d’un couteau, récoltez votre jus en pressant doucement et voilà ! Vous avez récolté quelques gouttes sans couper votre citron… Magique non ?
