Pour élaborer nos bâtonnets Moelleux, nous nous en tenons à la recette d'origine : de la chair de poisson sélectionnée et issue de pêche responsable (Colin d'Alaska et Merlu Blanc), du blanc d'oeuf, de l'amidon de blé et de la fécule de pomme de terre, de l'huile de colza, de l'arôme naturel aux extraits de crabe et un peu de sel pour le goût. Et c'est tout ! Sa couleur orange ? De l'extrait de paprika tout simplement. Un produit qui n'a rien à cacher !
