Perfect. And a proper slice! Butchered properly not slivers, difficult to cook, like you often get in England. You get one slice only, although the pic shows 2 and it says 2 tranches in the description.

I love calves liver, but i had almost given up, having had poor quality from Ocado, Waitrose & even Marks & Spencer. This liver appeared to have come from France & i can honestly say that it was beautifully butchered & as good as I've ever had.
