Ingrédients : LAIT cru de vache, sel, ferments lactiques et d'affinage, présure. Élaboré à partir de lait origine France, collecté dans la zone définie par l'IGP Raclette. Ce fromage est au lait cru. Il est déconseillé aux populations fragiles, dont les jeunes enfants, de le consommer.

Ingredients: Raw cow's MILK, salt, lactic and ripening ferments, rennet. Made from milk of French origin, collected in the area defined by the PGI Raclette. This cheese is made from raw milk. It is not recommended for vulnerable populations, including young children, to consume it.

Auchan Raclette Tranchee au Lait Cru 350g
Raclette is a firm salted cheese made from cow's milk. The cheese originated in the Swiss canton of Valais, but is today also produced in the French regions of Savoie and Franche-Comté. The cheese comes in to its own when heated and the full nutty, sweet and slightly fruity aroma is intensified, combined with the molten texture it makes a delicious winter meal. It is traditionally eaten with charcuterie and potatoes.
