Grand Fermage Beurre aux Cristaux de Sel de Mer de Noirmoutier, Plaquette 250g
On the island of Noirmoutier, salt is a gift of nature. Born from the wind, the sun and the sea, it is, still collected by hand according to a 1500 year old tradition. This salt, 100% natural, ideally proportioned out of rock salt and trace elements.

Beurre pasteurisé selon la méthode de fabrication "Nizo". C'est un procédé de barattage en continu de la crème après une étape de maturation physique. Le beurre subit ensuite une phase de malaxage pendant laquelle des ferments lactique sélectionnés sont incorporés. Ce beurre est un beurre légèrement salé dans lequel sont ajoutés des cristaux de sel marin issus de l'île de Noirmoutier.
