Brasero Quart Raclette 1.7kg~
Brasero quarter of a Raclette wheel 1.70kg~. Raclette is a firm salted cheese made from cow's milk. The cheese originated in the Swiss canton of Valais, but is today also produced in the French regions of Savoie and Franche-Comté. The cheese comes in to its own when heated and the full nutty, sweet and slightly fruity aroma is intensified, combined with the molten texture it makes a delicious winter meal. It is traditionally eaten with charcuterie and potatoes.
