Ami Chambertin AOC, Lait Cru, Lavé Au Marc De Bourgogne 250g
This artisanal cheese is made in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin in Bourgogne. The cheese has a moist, red rind washed with washed with Marc de Bourgogne (a type of brandy). Affinage takes at least four weeks. Strong and a little sharp in flavour with a rich finish.
