I was extremely surprised at the quality (and the size) of the lobe. It was simply delicious. I deveined it and sliced it into a dozen slices which i then wrapped individually in cling film and froze. I of course had to sample it first by pan frying a slice for 45 seconds on each side pouring a teaspoon of sweet vinegar over it when almost done. Served with brioche and rock salt. heavenly. Much better quality and more economical than any jar.
