Chaource is a cheese from the Champagne Ardenne region made from cows milk. Named after the village of Chaource. The cheese has an AOC, maintaining its traditional production according to strict quality criteria. Enjoy it during apéritif (a very ripe Chaource served with a spoon) or on a cheeseboard.
