This is prime steak, ready minced, infinitely better than anything I can get from UK butchers' shops or supermarkets. I use the meat for my cooking and I give the sauce to neighbours' children who, naturally and instinctively, refuse to eat it. The sauce is, after all, a load of chemical additives.
