We chose to use only Reblochon de Savoie AOP to flavor our tartiflette: in the sauce—along with white wine and lardons—and also in slices that melt over the potatoes. Our recipe: 175g of potatoes, 29g of Reblochon de Savoie AOP, cream, lardons, and onions for a delicious, creamy sauce—and that’s it! No artificial colors or flavors.
