This is a kit to make 36 x Escargots de Bourgogne. It contains 48 Escargots de Bourgogne, 36 Escargots de Bourgogne Shells and 1 x 250g Garlic Butter pack. The Escargots de Bourgogne need to be put in the shells, the garlic butter on top and put in the oven until the butter starts to bubble.
